Why I created the GoTrim GrOw NOW Focus Group
Confidence doesn’t have to come before action. Confidence grows when you take supported action - TOGETHER.
In January 2010, I was invited to participate in a GoTrim Focus Group led by the GoTrim Director and Field Consultant. I didn’t begin with all the confidence or all the answers. I began with the willingness to learn, implement and take action alongside others.
That experience changed the trajectory of my business - and my life.
I found my people!
Over the next five years, I became a health coach mentor and was awarded GoTrim Coach of the Year. I was then asked to lead focus groups and become a GoTrim Trainer, and that year was awarded GoTrim Trainer of the Year. That led to opportunities to train new trainers in several states and all across Canada.
Ultimately, I grew my business to Director level through the GoTrim division.
This focus group is my opportunity to give you the same guidance, structure and encouragement that someone once gave me, so you can build your confidence through action and discover what may be possible for you.
